#NoMoreSecrets: Time to get Greener! Period. explores the link between female health, gender equality and the environment.
Join a panel of leaders in the fields of female health, sustainability and gender equality. We see how, by driving conversation specifically around menstrual health, we can advance attitudes towards women and tackle mass scale plastic waste caused by the feminine care industry.
Tickets include drinks and a conscious lifestyle goody bag curated by the women behind LUÜNA naturals
Hosted by Asia’s first 100% female-led period care company, LUÜNA naturals, #NoMoreSecrets is a discursive event series which explores topics pertinent to the modern female experience but which often remain shrouded in mystery.
About LUÜNA naturals
We found that without knowing it, over 90% of women in Asia use plastic period products made with chemicals that are increasingly proven to be harmful to our health.
We’re changing this through:
– period products that are healthy, planet-friendly & feel good
– taboo-free content around our bodies
– the donation of period cups & menstrual education to low-income women and girls across the region
Through our community and corporate partnerships, we aim to donate 5,000 reusable LUÜNA Period Cups to low income girls and women across the region by Women’s Day 2020. In doing so, we can support the Sustainable Development Goals of gender equality, health & wellbeing and climate action.
About the Speakers:
Moderator: Olivia Cotes-James, founder and CEO of LUÜNA naturals
