Author Biography

Liam Callanan is a novelist, teacher and journalist and the author of Paris by the Book, which was a national bestseller in the US in hardcover. He is the 2017 winner of the Hunt Prize, and his first novel, The Cloud Atlas, was a finalist for an Edgar Award. His work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post and elsewhere. He teaches at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the Warran Wilson MFA Program for Writers.
