Chef Hamish loves this time of the year in Shanghai, as he’s able to create a rich and diverse menu of exciting flavours using the freshest produce available. In creating the New Autumn Menus we’ve selected the best imported and local ingredients, dealing only with trusted suppliers to ensure we are providing good quality nutritious foods.
