We have updated our Summer Dinner Menu at M on the Bund and we can’t wait for you to come and try it. 

It’s HOT, HOT, HOT outside, cool down with our Summer Salad with fresh peaches or our Finely sliced Octopus terrine. New additions on the dessert menu are our explosive Berry Tart and Religieuse – Choux pastries filled with dark chocolate.

腌鲷鱼芒果莎莎、黑松露鹿肉薄片、白葡萄酒烩青口和蛤蜊… 八月菜单里一定有你喜欢的菜肴。最后必须留点空间，因为我们还有香橙芝士蛋糕和开心果冰糕…或是来上一块蓝纹芝士搭配米氏经典无花果酱！

Our August Lunch Menu has arrived and it’s bursting with flavorful dishes made from the very finest ingredients. 

Fresh off the menu are choices like Ricotta and Thyme Gnocchi, Venison Carpaccio and Mussels, Clams and Squid – there’s definitely something here for everyone. You’ll certainly want to save room for dessert and finish with our Orange Cheese Cake or Pistachio Semifreddo… or even just a good chunk of Cheese!

八月起，每天都可以在米氏西餐厅享用下午茶啦~  本次我们推出两款全新下午茶套餐，供各位在整个夏天畅享。

您可以选择我们的 “经典下午茶套餐”，菜单上满是精致可口、甜咸兼具的诱人小食 – 水果挞，芝士蛋糕，三文鱼派，松露鸡肉三明治，以及新鲜出炉的烤松饼等等。偏爱甜食的您则可选择“蜜语下午茶套餐”，其中包含了米氏首屈一指的名点蛋白饼。

落座于外滩拥有极佳视角的大露台，一边用米氏精致骨瓷茶杯品茗着咖啡或茶，一边享受着悠闲宁静的午后时光…甚至还能继续升级，起泡酒、水果冰茶或者香槟，我们都能一一满足您的需求。

无论是星期一还是星期天，我们的经典下午茶都会让你感受到独一无二的“米氏派”至臻美食体验。

Spoil yourself every day of the week this summer with the new afternoon tea menus at M on the Bund. 

Either opt for ‘The Full Shebang’, a menu bursting with sweet and savory treats – ribbon sandwiches, little tarts and cakes and freshly baked scones. Or, those with a sweeter tooth can choose ‘M’s Sweet Treats’ menu, which includes a slice of M’s Famous Pavlova. Sit outside on the terrace whilst sipping coffee or tea from one of M’s colourful teacups, or even upgrade your menu choice to include some fruity beverages or Champagne. 

Whether it’s Monday or Sunday, it’s no doubt the perfect excuse to enjoy an old-fashioned afternoon tea in the inimitable ‘M’ style.

We’ve been busy in the kitchen creating some refreshing dishes to help you cool off in this scorching summer heat. Glam’s new summer menu includes fresh additions such as a Cold Noodle and Crawfish salad, Buffalo Crispy Chicken Wings and Spicy Fried Jalapeno Peppers stuffed with Goat Cheese… to name just a few. What’s more, Garlic, Chili and Honey Pizza has made it onto our Glam Menu… however make sure you save room for our new Cheeses – they’re not to be missed!

In the desolate Altai mountains of western Mongolia, where the winters are brutally cold, live the last of the men who hunt with eagles. Kazakh nomads have been grazing their livestock in this isolated region for hundreds of years and only the toughest survive here.

Fascinated by the special bond that develops between man and eagle, award-winning photographer Palani Mohan spent four years documenting the burkitshi, as the hunters are known in Kazakh. But this is a culture under threat. There are no more than fifty to sixty “true” hunters left and each winter claims a few more. His images are an enthralling and timely record of these noble men and their magnificent eagles in a dramatic and unforgiving part of our planet.
