LUNCH & BRUNCH

先来品尝一下我们的轻食午餐或早午餐，以罗勒水牛芝士番茄冷汤或八爪鱼薄片开个胃。接着来上一道尼斯色拉、蟹肉班尼迪克蛋或是托斯卡纳牛肉色拉补充活力。若这时你的胃仍留有余位，那么还可以选择一道米氏正宗的经典甜品。

Try our LUNCH or BRUNCH options starting with a Chilled Tomato Basil & Burrata soup or Octupus Carpaccio. Followed by a not-so-classic Salad Niçoise or Fresh Grilled Sardines or Crab Benedict or Tuscan Beef Salad.
And if you have a separate dessert stomach there’s plenty of our yummy old fashioned home-made desserts to choose from.

TERRACE DINNER

露台晚餐可从一杯清爽的蟹肉汤或一份酥脆的洋蓟天妇罗配茴香菜橙肉奶油生菜或腌三文鱼片配鱼子酱和土豆饼开始。主菜可尝试一下颇受欢迎的烤花菜配色拉拌茴香菜或光荣回归的招牌米氏自制盐焗羊腿肉配慢炖茄子番茄西芹, 香料土豆, 罗勒酱及浓汁等等。丰富的甜点选择，从著名的米氏蛋白饼PAVLOVA到入口即化的舒芙蕾、酸甜诱人的树莓挞以及经典提拉米苏等等… 如果被迷花了眼，那就来一份超级甜点大拼盘 – 所有精致美味一次尝个遍！

Start with a Light Crab Bisque or Tempura Globe Artichokes – Crispy Artichoke Hearts & buttercup lettuce filled with Orange & Fennel or Salmon Gravlax Crowned with Caviaron crispy Potato Latkes.

For mains try our Fans of Roasted Cauliflower with Fennel & Citrus Salad~ or welcome back our classic Salt-encased-slowly-baked-selected-Leg-of-Lamb with Provençal eggplant and Dauphinois potatoes, and for dessert there’s a plethora of choice. From our famous Pavlova to Soufflés, Tarts and Tiramusu… or have it allon our Grand Dessert Platter.
