Hamish loves this time of the year in Shanghai, as he’s able to create a rich and diverse menu of exciting flavours using the freshest produce available. This season we’re treated to Ricotta Pannacotta with bruléed figs, A Torchon of Foie Gras dressed with Cassis infused black cherries, Short Ribs of Organic New Zealand Venison with ruby grapefruit and of course our classics like M’s Crispy Suckling Pig & Pork Loin Crepinette… Yum!
