季节的馈赠不断激发着我们灵感,大厨Hamish将其巧妙地融入2020春季晚餐菜单,让大家品尝到最新鲜时令的美味。
We’ve been busy these last weeks devising new dishes for Spring, we’re inspired by all that nature offers us. 
As the season of dining al fresco on M’s famous terrace comes into its own there are plenty of new ideas sprouting.
Chef Hamish, M and the team have created a delightful, delectable Spring 2020 Menu with fresh flavours that say “Spring”! 又是一年露台季,请到外滩来,坐拥上海独一无二的摩登天际线,享受米氏西餐厅的盛情款待。

本周日,我们为孩子们准备了复活节的传统热十字面包、巧克力、复活节彩蛋…大人们则可以品尝到周末早午餐中的“明星佳肴”: 班尼迪克蛋、蓝莓芝士薄饼、经典早餐拼盘和鹿肉汉堡等等…美妙的春天,绝佳的米氏美食体验。 

We’ll be serving up wholesome healthy delicious treats from our new BRUNCH menu, Hot Chocolate Cups for the kids, Easter Eggs and Chocolate Eggs for everyone (big and small!) and our delicious homemade Hot Cross Buns, of course.

正值米氏西餐厅迎来开业21周年之际(是的,M ON THE BUND 始于1999年),回首在这个非凡城市里经历的诸多变迁,当前的形势对于整个餐饮行业无疑是最具冲击和挑战性的。 

 

自2月11日餐厅复工以来,我们一直专注于自身及周边的健康、卫生、安全及预防措施等问题。 

 

春天的来临,为大地带来了生机。我们感谢季节的馈赠,同时也全心全力投入到春季菜单的设计和制作中,并以令人无法抗拒的优惠价格来回馈热爱米氏西餐厅的朋友们 — “物有所值”一直是米氏成功的信条。

A LETTER FROM M

As we celebrate our 21st birthday here at M on the Bund, (yes, we really did open in 1999) we reflect on the many changes we’ve all lived through in this remarkable city and certainly the enormous impact of this last one has undoubtedly been the most challenging. 

 

Since we re-opened on February 11th, we’ve been completely focused on the health, safety & security of all around us. 

 

But Spring is now upon us and we know we have so much to be grateful for, so with all precautions in their proper place our focus has shifted to devising new menus to offer you at irresistible prices.

 

Our key mantra at M has always been Quality & Value for Money, because that’s the key to our longevity and that’s what keeps you coming back. 

 

We’d like to personally thank you all ~ our customers, our staff, our suppliers, our peers, the businesses and agencies we partner with and the numerous communities we are proud to have helped nurture, be they the F&B community, the cultural, creative, literary & musical folks, the Mentor Walks teams and the myriad purpose-driven, charitable, environmental and non-profit organisations whose work is so vital.

Robyn Arianrhod – THOMAS HARRIOT: A LIFE IN SCIENCE. Australian science writer and mathematician Arianrhod gives credit where credit is due in this biography of Thomas Harriot, a forgotten man of astronomy, mathematics, and navigation.

Katya Knyazeva – SHANGHAI OLD TOWN: THE WALLED CITY. Knyazeva takes a stroll back in time on the streets of old Shanghai and tells the stories of the city’s former inhabitants.

Chen Qiufan (Stanley Chen) – THE WASTE TIDE. An environmental dystopian sci-fi, Chen’s book centers on electronic waste recycling, in a landscape he based on real experiences from his hometown in Shantou, Guangdong. Themes of class struggle, bioweapons, and waste fill the novel.

Kassia St. Clair – THE SECRET LIVES OF COLOR. Dive into the history, symbolism, and significance of colors. St. Clair explains the importance color has to humans.
