We are very pleased to be working in collaboration with the Xuanwei Ham Group of Yunnan Province, proud to serve their excellent ham carved at your table from our beautiful trolley.
Xuanwei is in the far north-eastern corner of Yunnan bordering on Guizhou Province. Here the conditions are ideal for the special breed of Golden & Black Pigs grown to produce the most delicious ham in China.
Xuanwei has been making hams famous for over 300 years. Although they are steeped in tradition, they’re looking to the future and adapting their delicious hams to appeal to the modern palate.
They still cure their hams in natural caves situated in Xuanwei, Yunnan Province, though today they are influenced by European traditions and have a modern outlook – producing hams to be served cured and raw.

米氏西餐厅和魅蓝举办了一年一度的传统圣诞鸡尾酒会。下午亲子专享时段，小朋友们喝着热巧克力，观看圣诞电影，装饰自己的姜饼小人，全体沦陷、乐不思蜀。
傍晚时分则进入成年人专享时段，热红酒、松露芝士意面，蜂蜜烤火腿，牛排… 各种米氏美味小食轮番上场，大家沉浸在欢乐温馨的节日气氛中不觉时光流逝。
今年，我们非常自豪能够资助乌干达的Kiwoko医院为其提供个人防护用品。我们要感谢Peter Osborne，Beixi Xu，David Ren，致敬他们的慷慨。
